U.S. Senator Chris Coons’ office is seeking applicants for a full-time or part-time unpaid press internship who can assist a fast-paced communications office with day-to-day operations during summer 2020. Tasks will include tracking press clips, monitoring social media, and assisting with writing projects. Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students residing in the Washington, D.C. area that can work at least 20 hours a week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Prior internship experience in press and government preferred. Experience with digital communications (including work with graphics and photo and video editing) also preferred.
