Thank you for contacting my office with your request to include programmatic funding or report language in the FY20 appropriations bill.

Please click the “Questionnaire” button below to begin. The form on the next page will need to be completed in order for me to consider your request for programmatic funds or bill language. Please complete the form in a clear and concise manner with the understanding that the information you submit may appear online for public review. You must submit a separate form for each request your organization intends to make.

The deadline to submit all requests is 5:00 pm on Friday, March 29, 2019. Please email any supporting documents or attachments to approps@warner.senate.gov with the following information in the subject line of your email: “Program Request – Name of Organization.”

Please save a completed copy of your request for your files. Upon submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please resubmit the form to the above e-mail address.

My staff will be reviewing all requests and may require additional information or completion of a separate application form depending on the terms and conditions that are imposed by the particular Appropriations subcommittee.

It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for programmatic funding. Submission of this application does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.
