Welcome to Senator Hassan’s Service Academy Nomination Application!
The application consists of two parts. The questionnaire portion contains several sections of questions that must be completed and submitted online. The checklist portion includes materials that must be submitted by direct upload. Your high school transcript may be emailed directly from your school to Chelsea_Christiansen@hassan.senate.gov or mailed to our office in Manchester.
Please DO NOT send anything certified or requiring a signature.
Completed applications for the 2023/2024 Nomination cycle must be received no later than Friday, October 6, 2023 at 5pm.
