To get started, you must first create an account or log-in to your existing account. Once that step has been completed, you may proceed to the Congressional Directed Spending Request Form. Please read through ALL instructions before beginning the form.
All forms must be completed and submitted on or before Friday March 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM ET.
Do not wait until the last minute to begin this process so that any corrections that need to be made or any questions that need to be answered can be.
