Page Program

The Page Program is an exciting opportunity for students who are passionate about American politics to gain exposure to the Legislative Branch of the government. You will directly learn and contribute to the legislative process, and past Pages have taken their experience to begin careers in service for the United States.

There are two summer sessions in 2018:

First Summer Session: runs from June 11, 2018 to June 29, 2018.

Second Summer Session: runs from July 9, 2018 to August 3, 2018.

Eligibility:

  • Pages must be citizens of the United States or subject to agreements of the Department of State, and must have a social security number.
  • Eligibility is limited to high school students who are 16 or 17 years of age (on or before the date of appointment) and entering their junior year.
  • A general health assessment completed by a licensed physician is required, in addition to a certification of immunization.
  • Pages are required to be covered by health insurance; if they do not have coverage, they must enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.
  • Pages must verify a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a home school transcript and a certification of immunization to qualify for attendance at the school.
