Senator Baldwin: Programmatic Appropriation Request Form for Fiscal Year 2026

If you would like to make a FY2026 request related to appropriations for the Department of Defense, please use this form. 

Returning users can login using their previous credentials. You may submit requests under the same account for multiple Senate offices.
