To begin, please create an account. Once you begin your request for congressionally directed spending, you will be able to save and return to it at a later time. However, please note that only completed submissions will be considered. Please complete the form in a clear and concise manner with the understanding that the information you submit will appear online for public review. You must submit a separate form for each request your organization intends to make.
OUR OFFICES WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS JOINTLY. INTERESTED PARTIES ONLY NEED TO SUBMIT ONE FORM PER PROJECT ON EITHER OF OUR WEBSITES.
The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, March 10 at 11:59pm. Applications submitted beyond that deadline cannot be considered. We encourage you to submit applications as soon as possible.
Please save a completed copy of your request for your files. Upon submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please resubmit the form to the below e-mail addresses.
Our staff will review all requests and may require additional information or completion of a separate application.
It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for programmatic funding. Submission of this application does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.
