Expression of Interest in District of Delaware Judgeship
Senators Carper and Coons are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for consideration for the position of Judge of the United States District Court for District of Delaware. The objective of the EOI is to create a slate of qualified candidates for consideration for recommendation to the President. The President will formally nominate an individual to the Senate for its advice and consent.
