Thank you for your interest in submitting a request to our office regarding a Fiscal Year 2022 Congressionally Directed Spending project. In order to make a request, you must create an account and submit a request (questionnaire) online. Please note that this process requires more disclosure and supporting documentation than programmatic requests, so please read all instructions carefully.

The office deadline for complete submission of appropriations requests is Friday May 28 at 5pm. Please note that all requests must include at least TWO (2) letters of support from third parties within the community or communities that would benefit from fulfilment of the request. At least one letter must be from a Massachusetts state or local elected official who represents the location of where the project will take place. It is strongly encouraged that you submit your completed form at an earlier date to allow for thorough consideration of your request.
