Thank you for contacting our office regarding an FY23 Congressionally Directed Spending request.
Please complete this online form in its entirety and note that all requests must include at least TWO (2) letters of support from third parties within the community or communities that would benefit from the fulfillment of the request. These letters must clearly communicate the benefits that the request would confer upon the community/communities. Note that incomplete or incorrect forms will not be processed.
If your organization is submitting multiple requests, please provide the priority order of each request.
The office deadline for complete submission of appropriations requests is Friday, April 22 at 5:00pm. It is strongly encouraged that you submit your completed form at an earlier date to allow for thorough consideration of your request.
