Thank you for your interest in an internship with Senator Bill Hagerty. Senator Hagerty is pleased to offer Tennesseans this invaluable educational opportunity to take part in the legislative branch of government.
Qualified candidates should be detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a positive attitude. College students studying in any disciplinary field are encouraged to apply. Candidates who apply for the Washington, D.C. office will be responsible for paying their travel and living expenses while in Washington, D.C.
Interns may arrange to receive academic credit for their work through their school. Intern applicants must be 18 years old and have completed one year of college-level coursework.
