FY 2025 Programmatic Requests Submissions
Aloha and welcome to Senator Hirono's Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Programmatic Appropriations Request Form! This form is intended for constituents, stakeholders, organizations, and other entities to provide information about federal Fiscal Year 2025 funding priorities for Hawaii.
Requests for consideration should be submitted via the online application by 6:00 p.m. Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time on Friday, April 5, 2024.
Please review the application instructions to understand what information you need to complete and submit a programmatic appropriations request. Competition for federal funding is high so it is very important that submissions are clearly described, prioritized, and have strong community support and impact.
Your completed application will provide Senator Hirono's staff with the information necessary to advocate for Hawaii's federal funding priorities with members of the Senate Appropriations Committee throughout the FY 2025 budget and appropriations process.
