Welcome to U.S. Senator Bob Casey’s Online Application for a Service Academy Nomination
- Please be sure to complete the entire online application by the deadline. Once you are finished with the online application, please use the green submit questionnaire button to send your application to our office. You can submit the application at any time, you do not need to have all supporting documents to do so, you will have an opportunity to email this information to our office before the deadline.
- To be considered for a nomination, all application materials (including your online questionnaire) must be officially submitted and received by 5:00 p.m. (EST), on Friday, September 20, 2024.
- Once your application has been officially submitted, you cannot make changes. If you must make any changes, please notify our office immediately by email at academy_nominations@casey.senate.gov.
- All documentation must be received electronically, either by uploading it to our website, or by emailing it to academy_nominations@casey.senate.gov.
