Hello and welcome to Senator Coons' application for Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) for Fiscal Year 2025. The CDS process allows Senator Coons to direct federal funds to key projects in Delaware. The CDS process was started in 2021, and over the last few years, Senator Coons has brought nearly $200 million to Delaware to support projects up and down the state. These projects have included supporting our state’s nonprofits, the construction of new affordable housing, expanding health care services, and investing in workforce development programs. In order to submit an application, you must create an account through the OAM platform. Once you create an account for your organization, you may submit multiple funding requests. Your application name should be the title of your project. Please follow all application instructions, including instructions for required documentation.
