These principles will help Congress examine every dollar in the defense budget and every new regulation for maximum efficiency and lethality.

The NDAA Request form is for authorizations and is separate from the Appropriations Request Form. Authorization bills establish, continue, and/or modify agencies or programs. Appropriations measures may provide spending for the agencies and programs previously authorized.
