Thank you for contacting my office with your request for congressionally directed spending in the FY22 appropriations bills.
To begin, please create an account. Once you begin your request for congressionally directed spending, you will be able to save and return to it at a later time. However, please note that only completed submissions will be considered. Please complete the form in a clear and concise manner with the understanding that the information you submit will appear online for public review. You must submit a separate form for each request your organization intends to make.
The deadline to submit all requests is 11:59 pm on Friday, May 28 2021. Timing of the appropriations process is in flux, so please do not wait until the last minute to submit your request. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Please save a completed copy of your request for your files. Upon submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please resubmit the form to the above e-mail address.
My staff will review all requests and may require additional information or completion of a separate application. A link to general guidance for requests can be found here.
It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for programmatic funding. Submission of this application does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.
