Thank you for contacting my office with your request to include non-defense programmatic funding or report language in the FY25 appropriations bills.

To begin, please create an account. Once you begin your request for programmatic funds or bill language, you will be able to save and return to it at a later time. However, please note that only completed submissions will be considered. Please complete the form in a clear and concise manner with the understanding that the information you submit will appear online for public review. You must submit a separate form for each request your organization intends to make.

The deadline for requests is to be determined pursuant to guidance from the Senate Appropriations Committee. A deadline will be announced on the Senator’s website in the coming weeks. Please make every effort to submit applications as soon as possible. Please email supporting documents or attachments to Taylor_Durbin@warner.senate.gov with the following information in the subject line of your email: “Program Request – Name of Organization.”

Please save a completed copy of your request for your files. Upon submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact Taylor_Durbin@warner.senate.gov.

My staff will review all requests and may require additional information or completion of a separate application form depending on the the forthcoming submission guidelines of each individual Appropriations subcommittee.

It is important to note that the budgetary constraints currently facing the federal government limit the opportunities for programmatic funding. Submission of this application does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated.

For more information, please contact Micah Barbour and Taylor Durbin at Micah_Barbour@warner.senate.gov and Taylor_Durbin@warner.senate.gov, respectively, or call (202) 224-2023.

Sincerely,

Senator Mark R. Warner
