Welcome to Senator Marsha Blackburn's Fiscal Year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) request form. To use the online application, you must create a unique username and password, allowing you to log into your application anytime. Please note that the Office of Senator Marsha Blackburn does not have access to your login information; therefore, we cannot assist if the password is lost or forgotten.
Instructions: Please fill out one application per item request. If the request is for program funding and complimentary report language, you may submit a single application and fill out both sections.
To the extent possible, please provide detailed information regarding the location of your request in the subcommittee bill or report, down to the Activity, Account, and/or Program Element (PE) number if applicable. We also ask that you include all prompted relevant information regarding prior year authorizations requests and the President's request (for budget items), as this is extremely helpful context and background for the Senator.
Finally, no requests for an earmark will be considered or submitted.
*This submission is different from the FY25 Appropriations requests form. Senator Blackburn's FY25 Appropriations form will be sent out separately.

1) All policy item and budget requests, including report language, are due no later than 5:00 pm on March 20th, 2024.
Late submissions cannot be accepted.
