Senator Schatz offers a Law Clerk Program in his Washington, D.C. office for current law students or recent law graduates from an ABA accredited law school.
Law Clerks work with attorneys in Senator Schatz’s office and will participate in a variety of projects. This includes legal research, drafting memoranda that analyze case law, statutes and legislation, attending briefings, and helping staff prepare for congressional hearings. The office can work with Clerks to fulfill requirements for most clinics, externships, and other legal programs.
