This form must be completed and submitted by April 1. This form and its deadline may be subject to change pending guidance from the Senate Appropriations Committee.
Please note that Senate rules require our offices to disclose and provide a description of all congressionally directed spending items that we request on our website. Submission of a request does not guarantee the award of federal funding. The requesting entity will comply with any request presented to them by the Government Accountability Office or any other federal entity performing an audit, investigation, or oversight function. Any funding award associated with this request does not guarantee support or funding in future fiscal years.
