First Time Here?
Dear Applicant:
I would like to personally thank you for your desire to serve the United States by attending one of the Service Academies. I commend your patriotism and selflessness.
My Service Academy Nomination selection process is designed to ensure that every applicant is assessed according to the rigorous standards established by the Service Academies.
The honor of attending a Service Academy comes with a tremendous responsibility and military service commitment. The nomination process is incredibly competitive – while hundreds of students may apply, only a select group of applicants will receive a nomination.
Thank you for your willingness to serve and I wish you the best of luck during the Service Academy Nomination process.
Due to the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, Senator Gardner’s office will not be requiring students to submit a standardized SAT or ACT score for the 2020 academy nomination application. If a student is able to, or has previously taken either the SAT or ACT, we still encourage test scores to be submitted to our office. Additionally, students may submit PSAT or PreACT scores in lieu of the formalized assessment as part of their nomination application.
The nomination application will close to submissions on September 21st, 2020. However, students may continue to submit standardized test scores until October 30th, 2020 via email to: gardner_academy@gardner.senate.gov
