Senator Whitehouse is now accepting programmatic requests for Fiscal Year 2026.
Programmatic requests are general funding requests for national and regional programs, and/or bill and report language requests that direct, encourage, or urge an Agency or Department to carry out an action.
Submission of any programmatic request should not be construed as a guarantee that funding will be requested or awarded. Submission of requests does not constitute a binding commitment on any party nor a guarantee that said request will be funded from any federal agency through this process. Furthermore, the submission and review of applications will be carried out consistent with federal agency rules and regulations.
Entities submitting an application will be required to complete the questionnaire and given the opportunity to submit any additional documents that they would like to be included.
Requests may require additional updates upon release of the President’s budget.
Please note, this request is entirely separate than a Congressionally Directed Spending or "Earmark" request. Please refer to our website for the correct application portal for those requests.
